Kevin Mirallas is a professional footballer from Belgium. He was born in Liege, Belgium, on October 5, 1987. On loan from Everton, he plays for Fiorentina and the Belgian national team.
His primary position is winger.
Mirallas joined Standard Liege when he was 12 years old in 1999. He played with them until 2004, at which time his football skills developed.
In 2004-05, he was sent to Lille OSC. In the same year, Mirallas competed in the UEFA Cup.
After a four-year career with the Lille OSC, he was traded to AS Saint-Etienne in 2008. He received a transfer fee of €4 million. He did not disappoint, scoring on his debut against Lyon FC.
Mirallas made his international debut against Serbia on August 22, 2007. In the 30th minute, he scored his first international goal. In the 67th minute, he was replaced. The match ended in a 3-2 victory for Belgium.
He has already represented Belgium at the U17, U19, and U21 levels before earning his senior debut.
He has scored 10 goals in 59 appearances for Belgium. He has a total of four assists to his credit.
Rise to glory
During his time with Olympiacos FC, Mirallas gained a lot of notoriety. He was only with Olympiacos for two years, but during that time he was the club’s leading goal scorer on both occasions. In 2010, he scored 14 goals, and the next year, he scored 20. He scored the second most goals in 2010.
He played with Lille OSC from 2004 until 2008, making 74 matches. During that time, he scored ten goals. From 2008 until 2010, he was a member of Saint Etienne. In 53 appearances, he scored three goals for them.
From 2010 to 2012, he was most successful with Olympiacos FC. Kevin scored 34 goals in 52 appearances for them over two years.
After that, he joined Everton FC. He managed to score 29 goals in 151 appearances. However, his ties to Olympiacos remain strong, as he is loaned out from Everton to the Greek club in 2018.
In 2011-12, Mirallas was named Superleague Greece Top Scorer and Superleague Greece Player of the Season.
In May 2013, he was named Premier League Strike of the Month for his goal against West Ham United.
